I have always maintained the less appetizers you serve the better your dinner tastes. While this may not always be true I have learned that too often guests fill up on the appetizers and do not enjoy dinner as much. So, as we all say less is more or is it less is better, ( for the cook mostly!) I often starve my guests so the meal tastes so good and delicious to them. Knowing this prior to reading my appetizer entrees explains why they are so simple and easy. Please enjoy making them as well as eating them!
